Loyalhood is a neighborhood coffee shop where our team members are adults with disabilities learning real job skills. Every purchase funds the Friends for Life programs that help them launch careers across Waco.
OUR STORY
A name that's a promise.
We show up for each other, we look out for our neighbors, and we make room at the table for everyone. Loyalhood is where college students, longtime Wacoans, and friends with and without disabilities share a table and a really good cup of coffee.
We're a program of Friends for Life, which has spent years helping seniors and people with disabilities live their best lives as independently as possible.

You order.
Every coffee, pastry, and bottle of house-made syrup helps fund the Friends for Life Employment Readiness and Job Coaching program.

Our team trains.
Behind the counter, our employees learn on the job, plus classes and one-on-one coaching and counseling from Friends for Life staff.

Careers take off.
When they're ready, we help them move into jobs with employers across Waco, in the career fields they want to work in.
Proceeds also grow new skill-building programs in gardening, cooking, and baking. Loyalhood is changing lives, one cup at a time.
